router config reload

I will try router config reload program task. see what happens. I hope it at least puts a band-aid on this for now.

I was spending most of my day checking the mailboxes for stuck mail. not a good use of my time.

will update if I see it working...

I hope IBM makes a notes.ini to allow MX lookups and flush its router MX cache to fix this.

I find it had to beleave that major email vendors have bad MX aol yahoo verizon which are some of the mail that is stuck.

will debug show any MX issue has anyone looked at that?
